Actually I know about the shark's role too since I did study about ecology before, few years back. Well, the shark fin that in the buffet is not real because the taste was like jelly. It's impossible for the restaurant to put the real shark fin when people are so greedy taking food in the buffet. Lol....
Thank for the information and sharing too. I will beware of this and stop taking shark fin soup.. ;)
