Bureaucrats are stupid!
Authorities are corrupt!
Bankers are robbers! - With stupid workers.

That's what one has to go through after forced to get a car engine changed. Instead of easing the hardship, these ppl cause more aggravasion to one's blood pressure by strangling you with red tape just because you wanted to comply with the regulations.

May they rot in the documents asked.
