She was born 14 years ago today. At seven and a half pounds, I could then cuddle her with one arm. Today she stands over 5 feet and 5 inches and still growing. One of the things she enjoyed was riding high on my shoulders. I am not able to carry her on my shoulders as I once did as with the 'flying high' and doing the 'giddy-rides'. The price of growing up I suppose. Of course she would be glad that she is grown up more than enough for the fun rides like the roller-coaster at amusement theme parks.
As long as I am able, she will still get a piggyback ride.
Happy Birthday 'girlie'.
P/S: Why do parents usually call their daughters 'girlie' and their sons 'boy-boy'?

Calling 'girlie' or 'boy-boy' is by far better than being called 'chow babi' while you are growing up & when you are grown up! Heheheheh!
As they say, once a daddy's girl, always a daddy's girl!!!
